Independiente legend Pastoriza passes away

Buenos Aires, Argentina (Sports Network) - Independiente technical director Jose Omar Pastoriza died Monday morning at the age 62.

Pastoriza woke up in the middle of the night and was experiencing intense chest pains. Just 30 minutes later, the former coach and player at Independiente was dead.

Independiente experienced a ton of success during Pastoriza's time with the club. He won five league titles as a player and several more trophies as a coach.
