Bengals ink second-round pick Ratliff

Georgetown, KY (Sports Network) - The Cincinnati Bengals Thursday signed Keiwan Ratliff, a second-round pick out of Florida, to a four-year contract.
Ratliff's deal was confirmed by his agent Drew Rosenhaus and now Chris Perry, the team's first-round selection, is the only unsigned rookie by the club.
According to Rosenhaus, Ratliff's deal has a signing bonus in the area of $1.2 to $1.5 million.
Ratliff led the SEC and with nine interceptions last year, holds the school record with three interception returns for touchdowns, and the school career- record for punt return yards. He was also the only player in NCAA Division I-A to catch a touchdown pass and return an interception for a score during a 2002 season.
